RATIONALE
In due recognition of the outstanding accomplishments of the alumni of the University on regular basis, the CMUAAI Board decided to give awards every year to the golden and silver jubilarians. This year we are also awarding the distinguished alumni award with a focus of school presidents, campus directors, provincial agriculture officers, provincial veterinarians and politicians.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have graduated from CMU, high school or college in for golden jubilarians and for silver jubilarians in any of the following:
Mailag Industrial School;
2. Bukidnon Rural High School;
3. Bukidnon National Agriculture School;
4. Mindanao Agriculture College (MAC);
5. Any of the colleges of Central Mindanao University (CMU); or
6. University Laboratory High School.
Nominees should have good moral integrity
Living at the time of nomination
Nominees should have no pending cases/legal impediments or derogatory records.
RULES
Any CMU alumnus/alumna may nominate candidate/prospective awardee.
Nominations with supporting documents should be submitted to any of the members of the Evaluation Committee not later than May 31, 2024;
An alumnus can be nominated only in one of the award categories;
The decision of the Alumni Awards and Evaluation Committees shall be final and non-contestable;
No posthumous award shall be given;
The signatories for the plaque are the President of the University and the CMUAAI, and the Chair of CMUAAI Awards and Evaluation Committee;
Previous awardees will not qualify to represent the silver and golden jubilarians and open category;
Tarpaulin for awardees to be lined up at CMU-University Convention Center and admin park.
